"Let me first start off by saying the staff is awesome. From welcoming us to providing all type of information as to what activities to do around the island. The rooms were beautiful. The garden & beautiful plants, surrounded by nature. The staff from the kitchen to the bar were so professional and friendly. The food was amazing. The seafood soup is a must have. The only this was the WIFI was not working well that day so it was a little frustrating but being out in nature makes you live the moment. I would definitely visit again and recommend 10 out of 10."

"We had a lovely stay in Selvista! The location was perfect, close to so many great activities on Ometepe. The property itself is beautiful, with amazing views and peaceful surroundings. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the staff was very warm and welcoming. The food was also really good, we felt well taken care of the whole time. Definitely a spot we’d recommend to anyone visiting the island!"

"There are so many great things to say about this hotel. Beginning with the staff, which is almost always the most important part of a hotel, they were all great. Very professional and accommodating. They were always there when we needed them. The food was excellent. Every meal was a great experience. Our compliments to the chef! The building and grounds were so nice. Everything looked brand new, and was very well maintained. The pool was really nice. We stayed in the Magnolia suite. As a person who travels a lot, this room is way up on the list. Very spacious. It has a large secluded balcony with lounge chairs, recliners, a fully stocked mini bar (reasonably priced), and jacuzzi. The property is a 5min drive or short walk to restaurants and the boats that go to the isletas. It is also only about 15min to downtown Granada. Overall, we could not be more pleased with our stay. The weather wasn't great all the time. But, if we were locked in this hotel for our entire stay we would have still had a great vacation. We will be back..."

"We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman that does the food and beverage service in the pool area. We rented a side-by-side quad one day to explore, even though we had a car. Lots of fun. "

"This place is truly magical. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxation. The customer service is outstanding, with staff ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the volcano view was a highlight. The pool is amazing, perfect for pictures, and offers a breathtaking spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The added bonus of kayaks made the experience even more enjoyable. One day was not enough— will definitely be returning for a longer stay. Highly recommended: 10/10"
