We needed extra towels because shower had created wet mess in bathroom — told that would cost extra. (The manager did finally approve replacement dry towels). Room view was outstanding, breakfast buffet was sufficient. Bars of soap smallest possible. Surprised it is 4 stars; more like 3."

Once we brought all our stuff to the building they actually said to go back to the car , put everything back and go to another parking space as our room will be in a different apartment….also, I have requested a baby cot and a microwave as my daughter is 9 month old. I have sent my request when I made the booking and called in 2 times, when we arrived...
