"Beautiful location right on the beach. It is a drive to Old town Split though so it depends on what you’re looking for. Perfect for our family to lounge on the beach, enjoy the food, and still take a day trip to Split. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!"

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay, the hotel is about 18 minutes drive from Split. Outside the hotel there is a supermarket, bakery, atm and bus stop which is convenient. The site is next to Salona Roman Ruins which you pay to enter and is a great historical walk to spend an hour or two. Also there is a shopping mall, we took an Uber to The Mall of Split about 5 euros one way, good for all shopping and has a food court as well as restaurants as we found the hotel restaurant pleasant but a little limited, and expensive for what was served. The pool and jacuzzi was quiet and we pretty much had it to ourselves. Other spa services available but we did not use these facilities. Towels provided and plenty of loungers so a highlight for us. The cicadas and insects are loud, so be warned if you are outside you will hear them. And faintly inside the hotel too. The hotel is clean throughout and breakfast adequate with continental and cooked options buffet style available. This hotel will suit couples and small families, it is a little remote but less busy than Split with good access to old town and SPU airport. The staff are friendly and we able to check-in early which was a nice touch. Thank you. The lobby is relaxing and beautifully presented with a lobby bar, modern and to be honest much better in person than in the photos online. "

"Great hotel in a beautiful village on the island of Brac. Stunning view of Split over the water - perfect for drinks at sundown. Restaurant is good, with lots of options. Kids club is great. Pool area is nice, but can be very busy. Overall, 9.5 / 10 from me. "

"The property was perfect. We had a unit just steps from the beach . Upon arrival we were provided with an ice cold beverage . The entire staff were hospitable and kind . I would highly suggest staying at Villa Zanic. We look forward to returning one day ."

"Everything was spotless at the hotel. Since it is a new establishment, both the rooms and furniture are in excellent condition. The lobby is also very clean. There's a cafe and a restaurant attached to the hotel. Ms. Brigita, the receptionist, was friendly and attentive, providing outstanding customer service. She went the extra mile by preparing breakfast boxes since we checked out early in the morning. There isn't much in the surrounding area besides the supermarket Eurospin, so having a car would be beneficial; the hotel offers free parking. Alternatively, you can take an Uber to get around. There's also a bus stop just outside the hotel, making exploring the city convenient by public transportation."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this little port town and hotel. Modern and so well located. Parking at another close hotel for €20. My only issue was the room was a little noisy being 1st floor above restaurant Room 109"

"Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights Firstly the welcome on arrival was outstanding, not sure we’ve ever been hosted by more friendly people, made a massive impression Accommodation spotlessly clean, very well equipped (we cooked every night in fully functional kitchen) Air conditioning in bedrooms was very welcome The proximity to the beach was exceptional, literally a few meters from our apartment. What was also great was the Zanic included sun beds and umbrellas unlike others nearby. They also allowed access to inflatables and paddle boards which was fantastic A stunning location, great people, great facilities and a lovely relaxing chilled time "

"This place was a hidden gem. My adult kids also did a free Mediterranean bath, which is part of the amenity who would’ve thought this is such a gem and such a beautiful place. The beachfront is right there. Everything is pretty much walking distance. It is one of the most beautiful locations and there’s more to come in the next year or so there’s gonna be so much in front of the beach that it will be just an amazing place to stay at the drinks the rooftop bar the breakfast. Everything was just amazing. What an amazing location."

"We loved our stay here. Lovely room with very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. We had a room overlooking car park but it was cooler than sea facing rooms. Good hairdryer but kettle only on request. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner with lots of choice. Only complaint was just one very slow coffee machine. Pool area was lovely and very clean. Great location just behind the beach"

"Hotel Fanat is a beautiful hotel, clean, and modern with beautiful interior design. The room was very spacious, with everything you would need as well as nice additions such as robe, slippers, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer and extra pillows, to name a few. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, small but with a very nice selection, and something for everyone to enjoy. (My only suggestion would be to have a toast machine) The surrounding area is beautiful, the hotel is across the road from a pebble beach (Which is very normal for Croatia) and has been under going a construction project. The majority of the work has been completed, however they are in the process of building shops/beach cafes etc. the saving grace was a local supermarket which a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Getting into town was very convenient via uber costing no more than €5, and is about a 10minute car journey from the hotel. Location wise was perfect if you want some beach days as well as evenings out in town. Can’t recommend hotel Fanat enough and hope to be back in the near future, definitely within the next year the beach front would be full developed, with something for everyone to do. Kids playgrounds, cafes, etc. can’t wait! "
