"Wonderful pub and accommodation. The people are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. This 16th century public house still supports many original features making its atmosphere charming. The room was fairly small, a double bed and the small wardrobe made it tight to get to the bathroom but it was very clean and comfortable. Street Parking is available in front of the pub for free but only from 6pm till 9am so you need to move the car at 9am. The food was good but pricier than either of the 2...

"Fabulous stay at Stoke Lodge Hotel for a short 5 day break. The location is idyllic and the hotel is slowing being renovated by the current owners. All staff are super friendly and helpful.

though I feel a few cut-backs have been applied which aren’t what we expected of this quality of hotel. A couple of other issues were instantly addressed."

"We enjoy the pool when we arrived. That was really nice after a long journey travelling to Devon. The hotel is in a beautiful location and a short drive to Torquay and Teignmouth. Plenty parking.

was very good but a bit slow with hot food orders. The hotel was full and they didn’t have enough staff to serve/ replenish food, which was a shame. Overall we had a very good stay and I would go back again."

"Amazing couple of days at Weeke Barton. Wish we’d stayed longer. Hosts Sam and Jo were friendly and welcoming. The place itself is comfortable and very relaxing with great touches (inc an honesty bar) and nice furnishings and overall a wonderful place to stay. Food was fantastic too - awesome

"I was there unfortunately because my husband was in Derriford hospital and had knew I would feel comfortable eating swimming etc.. on my own and very convenient for the hospital.
The room was very nice, although a standard room very comfortable spacious and generous bathroom.
The staff were outstanding, I couldn’t book dinner as I didn’t know when I would be back but was told they would hold a table until 8.45pm then I could have room service. I had to cancel
