"First experience of an Ibis budget hotel and we were very impressed. The rooms are, as you would expect, very compact, but they have everything you need. Very impressed that the floor was wood and stone rather than grotty carpets. The only downside is you have to get coffee etc in the lobby, which was a bit of a trapse back to the third floor - BUT its a budget hotel, so this is the compromise. The drinks were free, and there was a non dairy option for milk. We took our two wee

Good points - friendly enough staff, bed was comfortable, room was airy, breakfast was decent and plentiful. Bad points - pillows were not great, breakfast area pretty rammed in the morning and chaotic, room decent but a little tired in places. Overall I would stay again, as its pretty decent and a good base for a few days.
