"This was a wonderful hotel experience from start to finish. Myself, my wife and our 10 year old daughter stayed in a

room which was clean and spacious. We received a very warm welcome on check-in, unfortunately I did not take the gentleman's name so I can't name-drop him here. Similarly, the lady on check out was lovely too. We were staying as my wife was flying from Gatwick. It was a ten minute drive to the airport from the hotel. "I just have to say the staff are amazing. We traveled from the US to go to Isle of Man TT. After a 14 hour flight, a 1 hour bus ride from Heathrow to Gatwick, we chose to stay at the Courtyard Marriott to get some rest for a 5am flight…you can imagine how tired we were. suite was excellent and spacious. It was close to the University, which was the purpose of our visit. The hotel appeared very clean however the mattress of the sofa bed was disgustingly stained and had food underneath the sofa. and the bathroom wasn't as fresh as it should have been."
