"Very clean hotel but needs fresh paint. Beds extremely comfortable, coffee machine, fridge and kettle so everything covered. The shower was hot and powerful. There us a good size pool, jacuzzi, sauna and wet room. The food in the restaurant was delicious too. "

"Very clean, services improved from first phone call to in person. great massages, but i spent most of my stay without Jacuzzi and steam room. Just pool and sauna until 2 days before i left. Food is what lets this place down, its diabolical/ The dinner is meat and 2 veg for seniors. l'll never get back my £47 back and i tried dinner and bar food. The grounds are just what i needed, my dog was allowed everywhere , there's so many places to chill out . would recommended and will be rebooking for...

wan closed for refurbishment. Had dinner in the restaurant. Fab food and 5* service from Amy Brown who had a wide knowledge of fine wines from around the world.
Room was very big ( we did get an upgrade), looking out the lake. Very clean, ample tea, coffee & biscuits supplies in room. Bed supersize and super comfy.
