We had a small dog with us ,who was greeted by all staff in a wonderful dog friendly manner, our dog was so happy & relaxed in the room, which had bowls, dog mat, poobags & treats ,& in the hotel lounges , bars & restaurant where she made friends with lots of the staff."

"Had a lovely stay here with my Granddaughter, we enjoyed massages and the spa pool and sauna, all very relaxing. Delicious and very filling breakfast. Lovely large room with views over the river. Would have given 5 stars but the requested twin was not made up and there was an event whose Disco was loud and went on until midnight. "
