It's one of our favourite places to visit but on the first day of summer 2024 the weather meant most places were quieter than normal , dinner at Samworth & Mee was superb as usual & a great choice of ale in the Magnet followed by a cocktail in Harper

We liked it and the weather held out for us. Shopping centre had a number of units not opening or closed for business. But there was a good selection at reasonable prices and not too busy

We live local and love Broadstairs. Train in to Margate was convenient for the concert we went to see.
"A lovely hotel with beautiful surroundings. Nothing was too much trouble to ask the staff. Had a sea view room with a balcony with outside seating. Plenty of parking spaces. Food in the restaurant and bar was amazing. A great 2 night break. "
"Very comfortable, quick check-in. Reasonable food choice. Gym but no pool. 10 mins from Dover Ferry check-in however the road got logged surprisingly quickly! Leave over an hour travel."
"Lovely spacious hotel. Our room looked newly renovated and really surprised by the size. We also had our dog with us. Was great with her as well could eat in the bar area.
Grounds of the hotel were also excellent for walking. Obviously helped with it being with a golf course so lots of space but nice walks in fields surrounding also and well layed out paths. "
"Very nice hotel especially Americans that are used to cl a good AC and wash clothes (been told it’s called a flannel but still nobody has them to bathe with). Staff here were so accommodating I was very late checkout got another night and they had me a room and moved my belongings to it already when I got there. "
"Very accommodating- nothing is too much trouble. Really helpful. Best hotel service I’ve received.
Quirky little place. Rooftop outdoor seating.
Central location.
I’d definitely come again.
5* to Rob. "
