"The staff at the hotel were helpful but we had several challenges during our stay that were a bit out of their hands (power outage, etc). Bright spots were the hot tub access outside and staff help. Downsides was that the family bunk room we booked was surprisingly tiny (like we had to take all but one suitcase back to the car because it was too small to even have them there). Pictures didn’t convey this and Staff said the Hotel is due for a refresh, so maybe in a year it will be "

"Stayed here while hiking the Westhighland Way. Paid way too much for the hotel room but the location and quality can’t be beat. The rooms were small but very clean and very comfortable and the breakfast the next morning was amazing - delicious fuel for a full day of hiking."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely location with plenty of parking available. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and the bedroom cleaner was helpful and friendly. The floors are creaky in places as its a old building but this just adds to the charm."

- bed and feed bowls provided. Eating in the Factors Inn below was an added treat, and we eould cerrsinly recommend. You should be aware of where to pick key up, and no breakfast where you stay, and rooms upstairs, but dont be put off as it is quite a gem in its own right."

"Lovely location and views but the overall experience was quite average.
The service throughout was slow, slightly chaotic and disappointing.
The hotel bar struggled to serve a drink at 11pm and it lacked atmosphere.
Breakfast time wasn’t great - we had been sitting for 20 mins before even a glass of water was produced. My scrambled eggs were grainy, odd textured and inedible.
