Radiators that deapite being switched off, kept heating overnight and keeping the room at 30°c. Cold swimming pool and jacuzzi. Overall very disappointed - thought it would be a nice budget hotel but left after 2nights. Would NOT recommend."

"We came from the west midlands to torquay, 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 6. This hotel was perfect for us all. The kids always had something to do. We had 1 day of bad weather but we didnt care as there were alot to do in the hotel. My youngest (staying with me and my partner) went to the toby club and did somr clay making with matt who was lovely whilst my eldest went down to the bunker and went off with a few other children and the lady who ran the club. He loved it and we felt ok...

Post Brexit staffing is very very difficult these days. Somethings have to give, like the terrace grill and land rover shuttle. Many of the staff were very young but again trained well and did a superb job.

Great hot indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi… special thanks to Christine for wonderful breakfast service and going the extra mile by sending us the evening menu when we were out and arranging with the chef something that wasn’t on the menu for that evening. Thanks to Jackie for her knowledge of the area and Bella on reception.
We will definitely be back but for longer next time."
