"The entrance to the hotel is a little bit hidden and it's not very obvious where to go when you've reached it. This might be a real challenge when you come in darkness. The inner courtyard could be more pleasant. It would definitely benefit from some flower beds or shrubs around. We managed to find ourselves locked out of the hotel after reception opening hours, but the telephone hotline operator was very forthcoming and able to help us without much ado.
