Même ma valise avait du mal à rouler. Je l'ai signalé au gérant à l'accueil et on m'a répondu que c'était adapté! Ma chambre par contre était PMR et très bien aménagée. "This hotel is in a beautiful location with extensive grounds and several golf courses. The chateau is a lovely centre piece overlooking the lake. We stayed in Relais des Vigiers which is separate accommodation in the grounds. The room was large, very clean and the bathroom had a great shower. There was also an outside seating area. It was ver gomfortable. We also ate in the Bistro and the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"The home is gorgeous and literally in the center of town. Easy to walk everywhere. Caroline arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the train station and we were met by Lucy who was wonderful. She sat us down with a map of the town. She circled and labeled things she felt we shouldn’t miss as well as places I told her we had things booked for. Dinner reservations were made for us and the recriminations were great. We opted not to have a full breakfast each morning but did have croissants and coffee out on the back patio which was lovely. The room was spacious, well decorated and clean. When we asked for more pillows we were accommodated. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Saint Emilion and would definitely stay there again"

"Domaine de Grande Fort is a beautiful place to stay. Situated near Bergerac and overlooking the River Dordogne, our hosts Isabelle and Stephane made us very welcome. We had an excellent dinner and a fine breakfast the next morning. As we sat eating our meals outdoors looking down to the river and across to the beautiful gardens we were sorry that we were just staying for one

Beautiful gardens and pool to relax and enjoy close proximity to restaurants and a five min walk to the famous Libourne Market. Parking out front free on weekends 5.00 euro on other days .
The complimentary breakfast was incredible and easily the best we experienced in our 26 days in France . Libourne was a 10 minute drive to St Emillion .
