No Wi-Fi for the duration of my stay which was a disappointment. Bonus that the swimming pool opposite was open (afternoon into evenings), and the woodland walk behind it was accessible and a lovely way to spen an hour."

But all of the staff were exceedingly kind and gracious. It was the perfect location within walking distance to the shrine. The only minus comes from the comfort of the beds. They were not the most comfortable, but they weren’t the worst either. If I ever come back to Lourdes, I will definitely stay here. I will never forget the kindness of the staff and their gracious hospitality. It was spectacular. "

Staff were very pleasant, rooms clean , bedding immaculate white sheets and comfy bed . No air con but the fans are very effective in keeping you cool and the hotel does state no aircon . The only 1 thing that bothered me was i could not see a smoke alarm.in the room . There was a smoke alarm in the hallway near to our door but couldn't see one actually in the room , maybe i was looking in wrong place but apart from that worth the money "
