"Clean rooms, friendly service, chic lobby and courtyard. Breakfast is very well handled with a great spread. My only complaint is that when I booked, you could choose "city view" or "courtyard view." There is no city view, so we overlooked some roofs. I'd suggest "courtyard view.""

"This hotel is situated just outside of the main market area, however, still close enough to enjoy all that it has to offer. Walkable to the Menin Gate. Rooms are tidy and furnishings are up to date. This is my second visit to Ieper as well as this hotel."

"Lively hotel, room was quite warm so we had the window open. There was some noise from the bar around the corner but that wasn’t too much of an issue. However at 4am two very loud and slightly drunk people started a conversation under our open window. I did shout out for them to “go away” and they disposer the volume and got into a car and drove off, I say car but sounded like a tractor. There was a strange smell from the bathroom, which"

"Our room Was huge with an amazing bathroom with an exercise bike in it!! A huge double wall in shower and massive bath tub. The room was fully equipped with a little kitchen and we were able to cook our own eggs in the morning. We didn’t use the breakfast option in the hotel. Dunkirk beach and sea front is a 30min walk away and even with children they managed an absolutely fine. The only thing I would say is the sofa bed was a bit too small for 2 children. With all the space we had they could have easily put another camp bed in there so they both had their own beds. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. "

"The connected rooms our family had created a spacious suite with two bathrooms and kitchenettes. The property is relatively young comprising of linked buildings but the decking is in need of renewal. The Breakfast room was very busy and a bit too small for peak times, although we could have used the rooms' facilities instead. "

"Reviewing a hotel that is only £28 a night for 2 people is not easy. Overall value for money wise it is exactly as I expected. Basic, but functional. No frills, barely something that could have a frill. Bring earplugs. Bring a towel. Bring a realistic level of expectation. "

"We only booked a one night stay over on our way to our holiday destination. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. There was a great play area for the children- it felt like a friendly community area. We would have been very happy to stay there several days and will definitely book again. "

"Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were lucky to find a parking slot just outside, free of charge. The room was quite compact but was well maintained and spotless, facing the innner courtyard so guaranteed a good sleep. Bathroom looked like freshly refurbished and super clean, with strong shower pressure. Locationwise, it's close to good bakeries and seaside (which is amazing!), also about 25 min walk to Belfry and old town eith cafes and bakeries. We'd happily stay there again."

"This was an excellent place to stay. We were a family of 4 and the property was perfect for us. The location was great, a half block off the beach, and the area had restaurants and shops."

"We arribed after check in which was no problem as they had sent us instructions on how to enter and get to our room (even though i panicked as they were sent on the day of check in not before) the room was lovely and clean, large with a coffee maker! We only stayed one night but we wished we stayed longer! We came from Dover on the ferry to go to the theme park plopsaland near by but we really wished we could of made it a longer trip but we will be back! The "
