"The architecture, the decor, the setting…..everything lead to a wonderful alpine experience. It had an excellent spa feel and ambiance. A very nice retreat.

"A nice property that with some tweaks could be really lovely. For instance there wasn’t a single vegetarian offering on the menu nor could we get a recommendation for a place to eat. Do four nights of driving around searching for food with little help from the hotel. We researched it and found an amazing place 10 minutes away which the staff at the desk knew about! So why didn’t they suggest it? A nice breakfast but flies were everywhere making us want to dine and dash. Wi-Fi almost didn’t ever...

"Good modern hotel. Professionally run and friendly welcome. Easy street parking and one block walk to the center. Indoor and outdoor pools and sauna are nice.
Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. However.... smelled of tobacco a bit.
Biescas has some good restaurants."

"Cozy chalet, very nicely renovated and perfectly equipped, with beautiful restaurant / reception area - we visited in the winter but would also love to see it in the summer! Great for families or groups of friends. Well situated."

"The apartments are super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Location is great in the very quite town of Canfranc just 15 minutes from Astun and Candanchu.
If I have to give some constructive feedback, I would fix the shower because it was leaking when using it, and also a more comfortable pillows, they were extremely hard."

El servicio de spa es solo para 1 hora y la mitad de las cosas estaban estropeadas o fuera de servicio, aunque como digo, al precio que pagamos, no está mal que incluyeran este servicio aunque estaría bien saber de antemano que es por una hora "

The reception staff were exceptional, very friendly and incredibly helpful, including advice about an adventure company in Jaca that took my son canyoning - it was a great recommendation. I would unfortunately have to say that the only exception to the fantastic service would be the staff in the dining room who came across as unapproachable and not very helpful."

"This hotel is incredibly beautiful from the moment you set eyes on it. For a station to be so big in such a small village is surprising but the way it has been lovingly restored to such as high standard is stunning. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English, to the point where they helped put us on a tour of the historic station that day spoken in Spanish but with a bit of English from the guide. Definitely a must visit! "
