"Nice but twin bed was hard for my taste and sheets were a bit rough. Gym is small and not that clean. Overall great building, room nice cool and dark via exterior shade. Breakfast was good."

"The hotel was outstanding. Service was excellent. Staff were super, particularly Zarika. Transport to San Sebastián was easy and cheap via local buses which stopped around 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The only downside is the WiFi. It’s really poor, so if you need it for business, then make sure you have an alternative means of connecting. I found WiFi coverage in San Sebastián poor."

"Hotel staff are very friendly and super helpful. Great location. Hotel is simple eg no tea or coffee facilities in room but there is a small fridge and we were given a small bottle of Cava on arrival with two glasses. The hotel is a short walk from the bus station which is also co-located with the train station and taxi rank. "

"Beautiful location. Peaceful and quiet. The restaurant/bar downstairs served delicious food and drinks. Buffet breakfast was great! Fresh food and delicious. Bus right out front to take you into town. Rooms were modern and clean. A bit small but enough for our family of 3 and comfortable beds. Will definitely be returning here again."

"The hotel is lovely. However, the location is extremely remote — it is not “minutes from everything” as they describe on their website. There is no car service or restaurants, or humans near by. There is literally nothing close to it — so not recommended for solo travelers & you definitely should not go without a car! To get anywhere costs at least €70++. The dining on property is limited — in lieu of the extravagant tasting menu at the Michelin rated restaurant which I’m sure is great, the only option to eat dinner was room service. Despite having another bistro on site, it apparently was only for aesthetics. The room was beautiful & comfortable. Somehow I ended up waking with bug bites in the morning all over my arms — which is hard to say came from the room but since that’s where I was for the day & night, because I had no where to roam — one can only assume. The staff was nice & if you want complete peace & quiet, this is the place for you!"

"Was a very pleasant stay. Carpark is right outside of the hotel. Safe and quiet area. Check in is smooth and hassle free. The front desk Mr Vega, is a gem:) friendly and helpful. Did not have any expectations as it is a stopover for a nite. It is about 15 mins drive to San Sebastián which is not difficult to navigate from the hotel. Will return again if opportunity allows:) "

"This is a fun hotel. A little 2020 “woke” in the branding but it’s in on the joke I think. “Heterofriendly” had me laughing as I’ve always thought, oh wow, hotel, thanks for being “gay-friendly”. In terms of amenities and spacious rooms it’s hard to beat in this old town."

"The hotel feels luxurious and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel is well equipped with access to a gym and dining options. The location is not far from the centre and Old Town in a taxi, under 10 mins. You can get a bus but we didn’t do this. Getting a taxi to the hotel from the train station was a bit of a nightmare when you haven't pre-booked a transfer, so would hughlt recommend arranging transfers in advance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and added to the experience, giving recommendations on where to see. The location doesn't have much going on, but is nice and quiet at night and there are a couple of nice restaurants directly opposite the hotel and a lovely beach nearby. "

They don't guarantee parking, but we were able to park in the driveway and leave the key with the staff, and they managed to move cars around and fit everyone in, which was great. We had a little balcony, and could see the view, which I recommend requesting. As much as I love this hotel, I would have preferred to be closer to the old town where all the better dining options are. Also, a bottle of water, per person, per day is expected when you pay this (high) price for a room. They have a safe in the room, which is good."

"Wecamp was a great place to stay. Shop, swimming pool, playground and restaurant with good paellas. The bungalow was clean and the beds were really comfortable. We recommend!"
