"The hotel was in a quiet suburb with a Chinese buffet restaurant opposite. Well used furniture and as a non smoking room, the evidence of burnt butt marks on the bath edges seen Noisy AC just adequate. Breakfast would have been better if omelette was provided. Good for a 3 star so no complaints. "

"It was a pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and were able to communicate in English with us. Would recommend for anyone looking for a stay in Reus. Very close to bus and train stations. "

"Very disappointed in the price - quality. Although the place has its charm and rustic feel, the cleanliness of the place was far beyond acceptable means. The shower has significant mould and could cause serious harm (especially to the elderly ) and once i took a peak under my bed I realized it had a dust collection of at least a few months.discusting I would not recommend this place to anyone as the mould issue could cause serious harm to someones health. I’m considering requesting a refund (something i’ve never done at any hotel) as the condition is unacceptable. I’ll try to upload pics to support this claim"

"The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was nice, it was a quite location with restaurants and attractions nearby. I enjoyed having the bar available for a drink and breakfast was good."

"Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide choice. The hotel is bigger than we expected and the rooms were a little noisy but it was run well and we had no issues. It’s between Cambrils and Salou and you would need to walk 30mins. There are taxis/buses available either. Would stay again."

"Everything was spotless and the location was excellent. The facilities was for everyone tastes and use. The checking wasn't straight forward as having to email and find the screenshot of the booking."

"Overall a very good hotel with great staff! We travelled as part of a family trip. There were 10 of us in total. The youngest being 15 months old, the hotel met our pre arrival requests. Meal times the staff were fantastic in making sure as a group we were comfortable. Lara and Mariana in particular were fantastic! One evening after a day out at Portaventura and Ferrari Land. Part of the group got back late due to issues with taxi’s and accessing a baby seat. The ladies went above and beyond to make sure we could get food for the others. Preparing a space so that they could eat once they arrived. As a group we utilised most of the facilities, with no complaints! I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again! Location wise it was great as we could take lovely beach strolls to Cambrils and Salou. Within 15 mins drive to the Renfe station when we visited Barçelona. It was only 20 mins drive from Reus airport. I want to shout out David from the bar, the dining crew and the front desk team. Always on hand to assist when needed. Lastly the ladies that kept our four rooms nice and clean for us. Gracias por todo, un gran abrazo. Pablo y familia x"

"Amazing staff couldn't do enough for us. The young man on reception extremely helpful. My husband really suffering with his back causing us to leave early to go to the hospital. He organised for one night refund. The breakfast room and food was lovely. Definitely a good place to stay."

"Apart from the constant banging from the staff in their room, this was a pretty good hotel. Parking is a bit expensive and awkward to park given the ringer is on the passenger side also."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Montbrió del Camp. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful Priorat region, with easy access to nearby attractions and wineries. The hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant experience, and we particularly enjoyed the included breakfast, which had a good variety of options. The only minor drawback is that parking can be a bit tricky, as the streets around the hotel tend to get busy. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking to explore the area"

"The balcony is spacious and the view superb. The apartment had everything we needed but the bathroom, particularly the shower, needs maintenance. A dead cockroach on it's back was by my bed when I got there. I did wonder if it had fallen off the bedside table which wasn't a pleasant thought at night. The WIFI stopped after day 1 which was inconvenient. We never met a representative for the apartment during our stay & although I contacted the manager via Whatsapp, it was never resolved. "

"Reception was very pleasant and welcoming. Very efficient, nice spacious room. Breakfast good and lady at reception sorted taxi out for us, which wasnt easy as we wanted a faxi big enough for 4 people with 4 travel golf bags. Cant praise for efficiency, pleasantness and very organised."

"Had a lovely mini break. This is our 3rd visit to the hotel over 20 years it didn’t disappoint. We arrived early and had enquired about early check in, which the Hotel was able to accommodate. Reception very helpful. Entertainment team was brilliant and waiters very attentive remembering your order. Really enjoyed our stay will be returning next year. "
