"Unknown to us we had chosen a particularly busy weekend to stay so the hotel was noisier than usual and we couldn't get on the golf course even though we'd tried to pre-book several weeks before.

"Spent a few days all inclusive at Barceló Marbella. We had a lovely time. Hotel was nice, food in restaurant was good and thankfully it wasn’t a rugby scrum to get the food! Branded spirits served at the bars. A nice pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

"When we checked in to our room, I tried calling reception and was on hold for 15 mins with no answer so had to physically head downstairs (which was a trek considering where our suite was). There was a weird loud vibration noise in the room every 20 mins or so which would sometimes wake me up at night. The shower temperature and pressure kept changing whilst it was on and the handwash bottle was broken. The upstairs poolside service was really slow and not because of the staff who were lovely,...
