"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep.
They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came.
So there is a large scope of improvement.
But its a nice and cozy stay....

"The hotel is very clean, decent size room, nice staff, good breakfast, good location if you want to be near the gondola (walking distance). But, in the room there is no fridge, coffee maker or hot water machine, so, you can not enjoy a coffee or tea in the room."

, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel.
Our room was next to the elevator and we were concerned about noise. However, the sound insulation was so good that it felt like nobody else was in the hotel.

Very good location, just 10 min from the train station or the city center including the Hahnenkamm ski lift, but taxi to the lift is available from 8:30 to 10:30 as a courtesy. "We had a very nice stay at Hotel Bechlwirt. The hotel staff/owners were extremely helpful and attentive answering questions we had about the area. It is very conveniently placed - easy to walk to the bus stops for skiing and some great apres ski and restaurant options all in walkable distance. Far better to stay in Kirchberg than Kitzbuhel in our opinion! A fast train can take you to Kitzbuhel when you want to go. "
