"Welcome to the sleepy town of Luneburg. The room was very homey with a/c. This hotel is in a perfect location to go exploring on foot. The selection for breakfast has many good choices. I had the best schnitzel in the restaurant on this trip to Germany. Thankfully this charming town wasn’t destroyed by the war. "

"The location is great cute little shops in the area, also on street parking is not hard to find. Walkable and rooms are clean and good size. The staff is wonderful, they were very accomodative and excellent service. Highly recommended would be back if I’m in Hamburg again, also this location is even better than the location they have in Hamburg downtown although is on the outskirts. "

"Arrived before 11pm, exhausted after a long hard drive! Total confusion as there are two separate Hotels with the same name! Security guard showed me and let me in the underground car park but on check in was told it was the other hotel, same company but the other side of a busy road! I’m disabled and on crutches carrying my bags. The kind security man escorted me across to the other hotel! Redemption! The receptionist had been expecting me, handed me my electronic key but then said he could switch me to a ground floor room. There was a lift but he said this would be better for me as it had a disabled friendly bathroom! He carried my bags and checked out the room, went and got me a bottle of water and some chocolate!!! I was out like a light! Well done that man… 👍💕"

"Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen und unser Zimmer hatte eine Raumtemperatur von 28*C. Man erklärte uns, dass das fehlende Bauteil fehle und nur schwer beschaffbar ist. Ohne große Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies Getränk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. Überhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Da fühlte man sich wirklich als Gast und herzlich willkommen. "

"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. When we asked for soap to wash our hands in the bathroom, we were told there was no soap. Very unsanitary. In the pictures, coffee and tea packets were shown but none were in our room. There were no hangers in the closet, and no trash can in the bathroom. Also, please make a note that rooms do not have air conditioning. But even though the description says a no smoking premises, people were smoking near the door and the smell carried down the hallway. I would not stay here again."

"You could probably find something a little cheaper but the price reflects the quality of the stay. Its location is convenient for access to the autobahn and provides lots of space for parking. There is a petrol station and mini supermarket on site and a restaurant that offers quality meals. The rooms are modern, clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and always on hand to offer support with queries. 10/10 - would highly recommend!!!"

"Der Aufenhalt war insgesamt gut, aber als wir in Eingangsbereich warten mussten, lief ununterbrochen der Fernsehsender MTv Musik. mir ist nicht bekannt wie das Durchschnittsalter ihrer Gäste ist, aber diese Musikclips sind wohl nur für unter 20 jährige gut. Warum läuft da nicht z.b. ein Nachrichtensender, das wäre für alle interessant"
