"The hotel is very well maintained and has lot of character. There are beautiful spaces around the property to hang out. The spa and steam room, pools are very nice to experience at the property. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The two things I would consider negative: - the room was not very spacious - no air conditioner. The fan provided made noise all night "

"Really comfortable and spacious. Fantastic area and was able to see the stars. The price was well worth it. The only difficult thing about the area is that everything closed a bit earlier than expected so finding food at around 9pm was difficult."

"Der Club ist wirklich wunderschön. Das Hotel liegt richtig schön in einem kleinen Dorf. Man läuft vom Skikeller über die Straße ca 100m zum Sessellift und ist schon in mitten des Skigebiets. Die Skilehrer waren richtig nett und wirklich kompetent. Vielen Dank an Tim für die schönen und lehrreichen Tage. Das Essen ist extrem lecker und das Entertainment Programm lässt keine Langeweile aufkommen."

"Good Hotel for Family vacation. Alles was man braucht, kein Lärm durch die Autobahn. Kritikpunkt ist das Mittagessen, welches nur von 13-15uhr angeboten wurde für Kinder sehr spät. Es wurde deutlich das an Personalkosten gespart wird. Keine direkten Wanderwege neben dem Hotel sondern Schnellstraße und Parkplatz. In Summe Preis Leistung super."

"Very nice and family friendly hotel"

"This was our first time visiting Austria and we were not disappointed! As a family of four with two children age 6 and 10 the location of the hotel and the facilities offered by the hotel was second to none. Specifically the included pool pass to the local water park was outstanding. The safe environment of the hotel and the local area meant it was the first time we felt that we could leave the kids somewhat unattended and meant we could properly relax. All local amenities are in walking distance, (snow lifts, walks up the mountains, local shops). Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and tidy with ample space, two separate bathrooms was a welcomed surprise! We did the all inclusive option but there is plenty of utilities to do self catering if you prefer (oven, hob, fridge, freezer etc). Perhaps the only negative, but this is probably the case with all holidays, the all inclusive option was very good but the buffet did get a bit tedious towards the end. One recommendation for the hotel would be to improve their coffee and offer oat milk, but that is because we are coffee snobs. All in all this was such an amazing experience and would we come back……it’s a huge yes from us! "

"Our only complaint was that one week here was not enough! We stayed for one week July/Aug 2024. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The bread service is such a nice extra perk! The kids loved the waterpark. The area is full of too many things to do! The kitchen had all we needed to eat in as often as we wanted. I couldn’t complain about anything but having to leave. "
