"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep.
They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came.
So there is a large scope of improvement.
But its a nice and cozy stay....

"We absolutely loved our stay at the mittersill castle hotel. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a drink in the Schlosshof. We were shown to our room, which was beautiful. "This hotel is located directly on Kaprun centre and you can reach the slopes within 350 meters from hotel. This is the biggest advantage of your winter holiday.
The hotel is very well equipped with beautiful spa area divided to adults only and family area. They have also big size swimming pool with jacuzzi.
Breakfast and dinner is slightly above average. But for us was the service of all members of staff that were are very friendly and helpful. "

"I spent 4 nights at Hotel Latini as an extended weekend with work colleagues. The deal we got felt like a steal. Had a nice, simple room, great breakfast and dinner, sauna & spa and very friendly and attentive service. We all felt that we paid way too little for the quality we got. "Nice, clean hotel with great connections to Zell am See city and Kaprun by bus. I loved the view from my window, but I must warn you about the church across the street: it is loud. 😂 The bells ring 4 times an hour, from 7AM to 9PM. So if you like to sleep late, maybe don’t stay in a room facing the church.
Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend. The breakfast is served right next door in hotel Latini, and it was delicious and lots to choose from."
