"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep.
They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came.
So there is a large scope of improvement.
But its a nice and cozy stay....

I wore closed top croc to buffet dinner to rest my feet but was told it didn’t satisfy the dress code and had to go back to room and change, despite seeing multiple people (male and female adults) wearing flip flops and sandals on the same night and other nights in the same buffet restaurant.
