"We booked a deluxe king with a lake view. We were put in room 4, which is ground level. The room and bathroom is extremely small with one tiny window that looks out on the lake.Public stairs and a smoking area were right outside the window so people could look right into the room while blowing smoke.The mattresses were broken down but friendly staff replaced them for us.Overall, not worth the money we paid and not a deluxe room."

You could describe the room as modern classy, comfortable bed, nice lighting gadgets and a spacious shower. The staff was incredibly friendly during our check in and check out. We even got a small gift for our departure. While we did not use it, there is also a Tesla destination charger. Overall, highly recommend the hotel! "

We stayed in the Merck branded room where the bed was set upon a base of millions of capsules!! Lovely breakfast, friendly service, and good recommends for local eateries! We’d definitely come back"

Owner very accommodating and helpful (as were all staff).

"L'hotel è molto confortevole, il ristorante è di buon livello, colazioni ottime ed abbondanti. Le camere sono spaziose. La zona benessere è riservata agli adulti (ottima cosa) mentre l'area piscine è aperta anche ai più piccoli.
E' un Family Hotel quindi ci sono un sacco di bambini.
Il comprensorio sciistico è proprio davanti all'Hotel e le piste da sci sono fantastiche."
