"The pictures on the website did not do our room justice at all. It was absolutely stunning. My children were blown away by the size of it, not to mention the piano. We had a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed in the lounge area, which was just as comfortable as the main bed. The rooftop restaurant is superb. We didn’t realise when we booked that this is also where breakfast is served in the morning. There are numerous buses that stop very close to the hotel, but the central tourist attractions are only a few minutes walk away. Beautiful hotel and city. We hope to visit again soon."

"We loved our stay. Really great hotel and very helpful English speaking staff. 8-10min walk from train station, 3-5 min to Mirabellgarten (at least 6 shooting locations from sound of music). We had the junior suite, 10/10 shower/water pressure with plenty of towels for a family of 4. Very comfortable pillows and blanket. Excellent breakfast with real eggs, bacon, sausage and many other items. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay. "

It’s truly the best! The hotel is new, which means it’s fresh, modern, and very clean. The staff was wonderful at every step—from check-in, to the restaurant, to check-out. Everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and welcoming. Parking is available for a fee, but it’s super convenient. Moreover, there are great dining options and shopping just a short 3–5 minute walk away. I’m not sure if I’ll ever have the chance to return to the Salzburg area, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t recommend this fantastic hotel to fellow travelers. Highly recommended!"

"Allowed us to check in at 1pm (4 hours early) as our room was ready. Receptionist was very nice. Our stay included a free transport pass which allowed us to use local buses for free over 2 days (for a 1 night stay). Hotel is ideally located across road from railway station. "
