"We enjoyed our one night stay here. We had a friendly welcome when we arrived, and we really liked the authentic Alpine chalet feel of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious with a balcony. Breakfast was lovely and we could park for free outside. All good! "

"We were delighted with the location. There were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The room was very clean. The common areas were nicely decorated. However, the parking was free as advertised, it was just in an open parking lot a few minutes away. "

"Die Mitarbeiter haben mit ihrer gästeorientierten und sehr freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Art bewiesen, dass es ihn doch noch gibt; den perfekten Kunden- bzw. Gästeservice. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und hatte Extras, mit denen wir nicht unbedingt gerechnet hatten. Von der Regendusche über das tolle Bett bis zum Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank etc. im Zimmer hat alles dazu beigetragen, dass der sehr angenehme Aufenthalt noch angenehmer wurde. Lediglich würden wir beim nächsten Mal ein Zimmer zur anderen Seite wünschen, da man bei geöffneten Fenster nachts jedes Wort hört, das die rauchenden Gäste im Eingangsbereich sprechen. "

"The room with balcony is very comfortable. Easy walk to the thermal spa through an underground tunnel. The front desk offers great help, especially I don’t speak Germany. The room services, the breakfast and the kindness of the front desk staff exceed our expectations! "

"Our room was clean and warm. However, the water tasted salty, especially when you boiled it. Nothing was mentioned about the salinity of the water. Entering was easy as the passwords was sent after online check-in. "

"Not impressed with check in. In the afternoon I received a message asking if I wanted to book a table for dinner, I said I was still travelling and did not expect to arrive till 8:00pm so to book a table for 08:30 but I might have to cancel if I was held up. I arrived before 7:00pm and was told there were no tables available inside (there were at least 6 tables available in the room next to the bar at the time) and I might be able to get one outside later (thunder and lightning storms were forecast in the next hour). We went elsewhere for dinner. "
