"I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. I don’t think it was as good as other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. The room wasn’t terribly comfortable, the sofa bed we needed definitely wasn’t. The shower was poor and while I understand that you don’t need the room cleaning everyday it’s no fun waiting at reception to ask for more loo roll! I am sorry to write a less than positive review but this hotel was not a great part of our holiday - but the lovely city made it worth it. "

"Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for a family tip. It’s conveniently located close to the center, but far enough to be really quiet at night. The rooms were clean and updated and the front desk staff was friendly. Parking is located at the supermarket parking lot, which is accessible to anyone. I didn’t have any issues with that, but this might be an issue for some people. "

"There’s a construction behind the building. We asked for towels for shower twice and they never changed it during our 3 night stay .. they gave us hand towels instead .. the pillows were not comfortable "

"Lovely modern styling in a collection of ancient buildings. Very attentive staff who speak good English. Limited parking so may well have to drop luggage and park elsewhere. Hotel is right in the little Venice area surrounded by medieval streets and great restaurants."

"This was one of the nicest places we stayed in our whole trip (5 weeks). We had a two bedroom bungalow which was very modern and comfortable. Major pluses: The kids had their own bedroom with proper beds (separate single beds and not sofa / pullout style); **TWO** toilets! Clothing storage in both bedrooms including hanging space; Free self-serve coffee in the reception area; Plush carpet and very large couch; Very convenient to Europa Park."

"This is a fantastic hotel if you are visiting Colmar and want a 2 min walk to the train station. It’s a less than 10 min walk to little Venice and other landmarks are close by after wondering through the beautiful village of Colmar. I also wanted to send a “thank you” to the front desk and “Paul” especially he went above and beyond for us last night to help dry our clothes that didn’t quite air dry in our room. I was blown away by his kindness. He came up to our room took our clean damp clothes in a bag had them dried, even folded them and brought them back up to our room a hour later. What a wonderful employee Paul @ the Grand Hotel Bristol in Colmar is!! Thank you and we hope to come via again sometime in the future. "

"Very clean and walkable to old town. Good price and quality for the room. Free on site parking. Toilet in bathroom right next to the wall so a little bit uncomfortable to use. Otherwise, highly recommend. "

"Excellent clean property, staff were very helpful. Transport to Europa-Park is very easy, bus stop is right outside the hotel. Train station is only 10 minutes walk away for travel further afield. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"If you’re looking for a basic hotel on a budget, this ticks the boxes. There are decently sized beds, toilet facilities, car park and opposite a good 24hr shell garage and Burger King. A downside was that there was no safe available, and the bathroom lock was missing. The rooms get very hot in the warmer seasons, there’s no air-con but there was 2 fans provided and wide-opening windows. Overall, it has what you need if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep, but if you want more than a bed and hygiene, spend more elsewhere."
