"Hice una reserva desde noviembre para este puente que paso, cuando llegamos al hotel se demoraron 2 horas para entregarnos la habitación, el servicio del restaurante es demorado, el agua de los baños llega muy sucia (con arena), las villas sencillas son pequeñas y no hay un lugar donde poner la ropa, la vista es muy bonita, pero le falta mucho para mejorar a este hotel más para los precios que cobran "

"Beautiful property , remote and quiet , located at a mountain summit. Friendly staff .
Spectacular panoramic views and multitude of colorful birds. Great weather , not too cold or hot . The access road is difficult and not suitable for vehicles other than 4 by 4 transmissions, that maybe the only downside , but I was told you can also hire a special transport in the local town nearby , around 40 minutes drive from there to the hotel . We do hope to get a chance to visit this property again "

No warm water, the remote control had no batteries, we couldn't watch a movie, no phone in the room, raining outside, we couldn't place an order for room service. No customer service whatsoever. The decor was tacky, having a land full of beautiful plants, having plastic plants all over was an eye sore. Will not come back."
