"Overall, the hotel stay was average. Most aspects were acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. One notable issue was the behaviour of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him.
There was also a noticeable odour in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, eventually got used to it after the first night.

The quality of some of fixtures is lower than you’d see at other andaz hotels, the metal of the taps is losing colour, toilet commands don’t work well. The location is great and the breakfast buffet had a huge variety and high standard. Although the staff was lovely we found it extremely disappointing they could do little to help us curtail the unbearable chaos outside our bedroom door. I appreciate it’s a national holiday...
