La chambre supérieure était jolie un lit très confortable. Mais malheureusement mal placé situé au dessus d'une laverie et d'un bureau ou le personnel de rend très souvent tard le soir et à partir de 6h30 le matin et pour y accéder il y a une porte qui se ferme en faisant trembler les murs et un bruit qui nous a empêché de dormir...

"I came on a Monday, found it easy with Google maps - room was rather large, prestine white sheets, nice WARM bathroom, nice little terrace, ideal for my two little dogs. Nice view to the outside which is gorgeous!! The staff is genuinely helpful and friendly. I did not dine there but ordered a vacherin via their room service : it was huge, and obviouly home made and excellent. The ratio Price vs services offered is absolutely excellent compared to most places. I would higly recommend this place...

"Nice traditional Chateau undergoing renovation, but the grounds are not quite finished yet. Nice new restaurant opened now. Basic rooms are just that - a bit basic! No wardrobe or drawers in our room this time, although in the past we have been given a very nice large room. Nice views across the Rhone valley, but the grounds are still a bit of a building site!"

I am a polite and silent person who shows respect everywhere i stay but still complained about everything. For example; having to be silent when walking around the room while the floor itself was extremely squeeky. Many more of these complaints were done in an arrogant way."

"Pleasant option in Aix les Bains. It is a bit of a distance from the SNCF station but there are busses. Breakfast was good and had good selections. The pool/spa are a bit more basic than one might believe from the description but were acceptable."
"Beautiful Chateaux. Rooms and updated with beautiful decoration. We had a Junior Suite, which was quite large and had many windows. Very pleasant. The only down-side was the shower arrangement. No enclosed shower area, only a Tub on top of which the spray shower can be attached. As a result all of the water ended up on the floor! Also the faucets could use an update, as they sprayed in a jet like fashion causing the water to splash all over. There was no A/C, but fortunately during our stay in late July, the temperature was very pleasant, and there was no need for A/C. Bed was a little hard and uneven. (could use an update). Convenient free parking on the grounds available. Surrounding pastural areas and views were lovely. Breakfast was high quality and very good. "

The only problem during a hot summer is that there are no room air conditioners, only ceiling fans. Room 60 is the only room without a shower (bathtub only).
