The property is beautiful, there's a lot of space and privacy, our room was spacious with a nice outdoor area and outdoor spa bath, the pool and deck area are great, and the breakfast a highlight!!! The property also has gorgeous views, 3 minutes drive or 15min walk from the village of Vogüé, and a lovely "table d'hote. Everything was 5 star! "

Neither IBIS nor Expedia had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. The nigh watchman was impolite, and if he eventually turned on the Terminal, was repeatedly rude and even turned agressive to the point I considered leaving the facility."

"Ideal for exploring the sites of the Ardèche, short walk to the Market town of Vallon Pont D’Arc and the park and ride to take you to Pont D’Arc as well as some great kayaking and hiking spots. The property has plenty of parking and 2 pools."
"Incredible pool complex. This is a short walk up the road at the Pierre & Vacances complex. Really easy to access all the great sports facilities. I was worried about this before booking but you really don’t need to be.
Recommend the restaurant just above the pool. Gets busy at 8pm but arrive 7:30 and you will get a table no problem. Excellent quality and the kids set menu is good value for money.

Room was basic but nice to have the kids bunk beds separate.
Kitchen has Nespresso machine, kettle, hobs good fridge/freezer…. But no plates or cutlery, so don’t forget to bring your own.

"Bathroom was modern. The livingroom space and kitchenette were a bit dated. Fridge was not that cold. Beds were comfortable. Listed as "river view" however you cannot see the river as there are lots of trees. Good for two nights but not for longer. "

We are travelling by train so we found it very convenient for the bus station.
Be aware that there is no food Sunday evening, but McDonald's is across the road.
