Excellent location, clean rooms, great customer service from cleaning ladies to the reception desk. Special thanks to Ruzanna who always greeted you with a smile at breakfast and such a pleasant person to interact with. "As an english speaker, the front desk was very helpful in getting transportation. The hotel is not in the most convenient location for tourist activities but the main train station is maybe an easy 1k walk. A busy mall is nearby and an excellent food court. Its is a clean and quiet place."

"Very good hotel in a perfect location as a base to explore the city. I had a standard room, size was decent & bed was comfortable..and for the price..can't complain. Staff were friendly and helpful.
