"The Resort Y Golf Club Paraguayo was a decent stay. The property is spacious and the staff were always eager to help. The rooms were clean, breakfast was decent and it was overall a pleasant stay. The property is a bit dated and they are currently doing renovations. They can also use more English speaking staff at the front desk if they want to appeal more to North American English speaking travelers."

"The hotel is in the city center, it has great interior decorating and the staff were always very friendly. The gym was very old and many things were broken. The pool area was decent. The rooms were large and good for the price. The biggest problem was my original room (1st floor) had 3 cockroaches I killed during the first few hours of arriving. After I told the front desk, they moved my room, but it was still pretty gross. I also didn’t like breakfast — the earlier you went, the fresher...

"Stayed here for 3 nights. I have mix feelings about this hotel. The lobby was nice, had high hopes that the room would be good from what the looby looks like. The room grew on me though. The shower heads needs replacing so badly, very old and lime scale, but it works. The bed was so so comfortable. The bedsheets and towels smell lovely. So well done to the laudry people! The staff were lovely. The breakfast was just ok.
Swimming pool is good especially with the very hot weather."

"Central location which served as great base to explore city. Great facilities on offer with varied breakfast and very helpful staff throughout hotel. We had a few issues with maintenance during our stay but these were resolved in a very timely manner. A little upgrading possibly required as some furnishings a little tired however this did not detract from our stay and we’d definitely recommend. "
