Small fridge not very efficient. Smallest TV ever.
Jacuzzi costs extra and not included. They want 300TL per head even though they fill it once you have to pay for the whole family.
And its a 30min drive to the balloon viewing points."

"Room had no ventilation and a musty smell. It was not properly cleaned. When we checked in the bathroom sink was dirty and full of red hair. There was a used bandaid on the flooor next to my bed. I cleaned these myself with hand sanitiser. The toilet paper ran out and was not refilled. Despite complaints rhat they did not clean the room after our first night, they continued not to service the room. I stripped the beds and our private tour guide called them in but that’s the only day they cleaned...

But we were still deeply satisfied with our stay because our balloon ride and other morning activities were close by and our suite offered such great views. There are many sitting areas around the hotel conveniently near the rooms where we brought snacks and drinks and enjoyed relaxing there. In addition, those same sitting areas provide exceptional views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The hotel is near the center without being too noisy or busy. Truly the best hotel in Goreme.
