"The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :) "

"The rooms were so beautiful - we stayed in Bibi and it was divine, from the oval white plaster ceiling with Arabic calligraphy, to the en suite bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic with great variety and the staff was really nice. "

"Nous n'avons pas du tout aimé l'hôtel. Le prix ne vaut pas ce qu'on a eu, désolé mais je suis déçu d'hôtel.com également parce que le prix affiché sur le site est 3 x plus élevé que celui qui est fait sur place. Une honte je trouve.
Les draps n'étaient même pas changé, les housses de coussins avaient des traces des précédentes personnes ayant dormi dessus. J'ai dû demander à ce qu'on nous change les draps et housse de coussins.
J'étais bien triste de devoir laisser mes enfants dormir sur cette...

"I arrived late at night. Yet still welcomed with such positive energy from the staff. They even offered me a free bottle of water which was very needed at the time. The staff only took about 10 minutes to find and show me my room. A clean and quiet room on the 1st floor. Bathroom was clean and came with a nice perfumed soap. Only one thing wrong, both the sheets on the bed and towels in the bathroom were not clean. I was so tired that i slept on the floor as so many tunisians do. Thank you."
