"Hotel locked on arrival. No advance warning that reception was not staffed. Supposed to open at 3 so went back then. No one turned up. Called a number stuck on the door and eventually got instructions on how to enter via the back door using a key pad number. Pity nobody thought to email that in advance. All in all, a total shambles. A place to avoid."

"Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel, die Einrichtung auf dem neuesten Stand und sehr elegant, so dass wir uns sehr wohl fühlten. Auch das angeschlossene italienische Restaurant fanden wir sehr gut. Nicht so gut gefiel uns das Frühstücken außer Haus in einer nahe gelegenen Bäckerei mit Café. Inhaltlich ohne jeden Mangel, aber in einer für uns zu lauten Umgebung. "We stayed at Hotel Deutsches Haus for 2 nights and loved every minute. Our room was in the old building, which had so much character and history. You could tell the building was very old, yet our room had many modern touches. The breakfast served each morning in the other building was fantastic, with so many options. The location was perfect and even though we explored the whole town, we were never far from our room if we wanted to come back for a rest. "
