"Lovely view of property and the ocean. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was wonderful. The staff was a plus. Unfortunately, we were told there were no irons left, the restaurants were warm, and the mosquitoes were horrible at dusk. Also, there was dust in the top shelf in the closet. The food was just ok, except for the oxtails which were delicious. I think the resort was overpriced. I’ve stayed in other places in Montego Bay that were nicer all around for much less money. "

There was a cigarette odor coming from ours. To be fair we didn’t report it so it could be done while we were there. "

Hideaway was a great way to relax and enjoy the Jamaican vibe.
We were dropped off at the Royalton lobby, and quickly whisked away to the Hideaway lobby and checked in. Immediately handed a refreshing drink while our paperwork was pulled up and completed. We were provided our room-key bracelets and taken to our room.

No compensation for not working TV or AC issue. Front desk person was not helpful at getting that issue resolved....
