"It’s 4* for Romanian standards but only 3 stars for the American standards. It’s a good hotel but don’t expect the service of the 4&5 stars treatment ratings. Clean, decent location to Mamaia

where it was much better and spent an entire day there instead. Mamaia was overrated. This hotel was overall nice stay though. "

"This is a lovely hotel with great rooms and friendly, helpful staff. I didn't eat there in the evening but breakfast was superb - although a 7.30 start is a bit later than I wanted.
My biggest problem was the parking. There are 4 slots allocated to the hotel and they took a bit of finding! Take the first available (second) right after the hotel, right and right again. The marked slots are on the left just before you come back out onto the main road.
Would I stay here again? If I was working in...

"Room wasn't serviced any day of our stay. We had to go somewhere else buy soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Prices are exorbitant compared to prices in other places in the country. Pool was nicely maintained and a guard was there every day. Outside of the hotel looked OK but inside sometimes it looked dirty (especially the bathroom area). Hotel room had a strong bleach smell."
