"The staff was wonderful but the place really needs to be refreshed like many other hotels in Batam in fact. Also, please clean the beach. It s such a pity to have such a nice surrounding full of trash in some part of the beach.

Food wise Indonesian food is great and breakfast choices are many.

"Just checked out today after a short getaway with my girlfriends. Room was neat and clean. Plenty of space even though there were three of us.
Mira and her colleagues at front desk were friendly and warm. They even remembered our ferry departure timing and came to remind us during breakfast when the shuttle to the ferry terminal was arriving.
Overall awesome stay!"

"Glancing at its finest and glad my friend and I chose this place. Every detail was well thought out including and outdoor area to hang your wet clothes to dry. Spacious and clean interiors including bathroom.
Pool area was always being cleaned everyday when we were here and lots of water activities. Note that every water activity is not free. Wished they had some free ones though like the slides.

Understand that it was out of control but if you are bringing elderly/children I would suggest you ask them for a quieter room further from nightlife spots. Otherwise had a great stay !"
