The service was above and beyond friendly and polite and hospitable
Same goes for the following day the receptionist was kind friendly and helpful the room is small but a very comfortable clean and bed is comfortable

"Excellent hotel with free parking and great location to go by bus to annecy vieille ville for 2 euros/ per way.
A good coffe for 1.20 euros.
Safe neighbourhood and a lot of spot for shopping near the hotel, restaurants ect.

There is a lot of noise from the park I guess children playing all day long and at night some machine or a/c working in the middle of the night every half an hour for a couple of minutes ( not sure what it was) I tried to complain, but the young lady at the reception did not know English, so no result.
