Sans aucun personnel il faut appeler une hotline qui met 1 h à résoudre le pb. D’autres clients ont eus les mêmes aventures que moi quelques jours avant. Pour quitter la chambre j’ai mis plus de 30 min car le système ne permettait pas que je rende la clé…encore la hotline a appeler: Ce n’est pas un hôtel mais un escape game !"

Chain smokers on balcony just below our room so we were trapped inside our room and unable to use our own balcony.
