"Everything about my stay was good. Wish the A/C unit was cooler. It is misleading to say A/C when Switzerland has regulations indicating that the unit can only cool to a certain temperature. 79 degrees was the coolest we could get it. So if you are traveling in the he summer months be prepared for open windows and hoping it's a little cooler out. "

To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve.
I would recommend that the newer side of the hotel is the nicer one for rooms.
The food is nice, the bar area is lovely. Half board is usually on offer for a stay, which includes a multi-course evening meal.
All in all, it’s a reliably good hotel."

At the lodge we were given a tour of the owners memorabilia of his racehorse Justify who won the Triple Crown. Being huge Derby fans we really appreciated this. Dimitri was so good to us and really made this visit stand out. Great hotel and spa."
