Restaurant used 2 out of 4 nights and food was very good. Great location. Walkable to bus station. Would recommend for couples, family etc. "

"Nothing to dislike about the Norfolk Lodge hotel. Staff were pleasent. Rooms were good standard. A lot of food options including the Bar meu and the buffet style dinner. A lot of options at breakfast including a selection of meats. Overall an excellenr place to stay. Would highly recommend."

"The place on the whole was just really nice, all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, credit to the reception staff, the service was impeccable! The breakfast was lovely with a great choice, the bar clean and cosy and added bonus of the upstairs terrace! Food was great too on the couple of occasions we ate there! My room was small but cosy and clean with a comfortable bed so all good! Didn’t get the name of the reception staff but the little one was lovely and helpful in arranging so we didn’t have to move rooms for our extra night stay so thank you ☺️"

"Wonderful 5 night stay. Staff amazing, Tracy, Esther, Lillian and Beatrice (Bea) and Jon. Can't remember all their names, sorry. Lovely choice at breakfast, food topped up even until breakfast finishing time. 24 hour sandwiches available, very useful. Lovely terrace to sit out on, but a pity it shut at 6pm. The terrace had only been open for 3 months, so this could change. Nice pool and gardens, and you could hire pool towels. Would I stay here again, most definitely. "

"When we arrived we were greeted by Paul who was friendly and Professional. The room was clean and fully stocked with water, Tea/Coffee/Biscuits/Milk, perfectly located at the front which was Sea View. The Breakfast- unbelievable- Pastries/Cereal/Full Breakfast/Fresh Fruits. Restaurant- Reasonably price Champagne Bar Restaurant as well as an outdoor restaurant/bar. The staff were amazing- each and every one. Would highly recommend this Hotel. Outstanding. "

"Fantastic hotel . We booked a room with an amazing sea view. Lovely big bed and shower room with table and chairs to enjoy the beach/ sea view. The room was serviced each day and was spotless. The breakfast was delicious each morning in a lovely room again with sea views. We also booked dinner one evening and was excellent and great value. The staff were very friendly/ polite and hardworking. We also used the outdoor pool twice which is a nice addition. Overall a great experience and will definitely return . "

"A lovely hotel, very relaxed and chilled. Beautiful pool with loungers. We had a balcony overlooking the sea, which was great. Fabulous breakfasts, lots of choices and evening meals were very good. We were very impressed by the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. If we go back to Jersey we’d definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful location with great views over the bay! The path down to the beach is handy for beach days or a walk along the front. The hotel has everything you need, we had the self catering room which was perfect for kids. Bus stops are right outside the hotel for travel to the airport and St Helier. A great hotel, I would definitely recommend! "

"The location was beautiful, peacefull and relaxing. Hosts were excellent. Rooms very clean with a beautiful selection of continental breakfast on the first day. You could not ask for any more. Local snorkelling, fishing, and beach area, also walking routes. Would definitely come back. "

"My first time in this hotel in Jersey, the hotel, staff and room were all very good, the inclusion of a pool and adequate gym suited me for the 7 nights I was there. The weather was very warm and the garden space to relax was also a good addition. Breakfast was good and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Recommended."
