"We stayed in a smaller family room and it was a comfortable stay for a short visit with little luggage. The smaller rooms are a trade off for being right in the heart of the Ueno market area. There are unlimited restaurant choices, shops and markets right outside the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is also super close to Ueno station which accesses JR and subway lines and the Skyliner to Narita. Ueno is a great spot to explore all of Tokyo from as a base. "

"Couldn’t have been better! We loved our room and the staff was kind. Great area too…close to two train stations. Lots of food around the neighborhood. Laundry in the room! We had a view Sky Tree! They also had tablets to avoid heat stroke!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted by the friendliest gentleman at the counter during check in which was great after a flight and train ride to get to the hotel. During our stay, house keeping staff were prompt in restocking toilet paper and new towels. They also had a variety of amenities like toothbrushes, wash cloths, etc. The location of the hotel was really close to the Senso ji temple, the Tokyo Sky Tower, and other attractions and tourist locations. There was a Lawsons convenience store right across the street, a 7/11 to the right of the hotel when exiting, and a Family Mart to the left when exiting the hotel. The Tawaramachi train station was also less than a 5 mins walk from the hotel which is what we used all the time. There was also another station, the Tsukuba Express but we didn’t use that station. "

"We really enjoyed that our family of four could stay in one room together. We all got single beds ourselves and there was also a table with two chairs in the room. It also had a fridge for all the drinks we bought and each day the hotel provided four bottles of water for free as we chose economy cleaning of our room. They set up three cold teas, coffee and several choices of hot teas out from the afternoon until midnight. Nice touch coming back from a long day out exploring. We enjoyed the walk through the temple area to get to and from the train each day. Plenty to explore and tons of food choices close to hotel. We really enjoyed the area and would definitely return to this hotel. "

"Very clean, quiet, all staff were very helpful, nearest station is walkable (Shin-Okachimachi), front desk has free drinking water. Luggage storage is available for free which came in handy coz our flight was in the evening and it gave us an opportunity to roam around without our luggage. I would book again!"

"I stayed a huge room!! There is a big closet to place big suitcases in and also drawer cabinet. The toilet sink and shower are separated so easier for family in the morning. Just a little far and busy to go into the station. "

"This is a beautiful property. The staff are super friendly and helped us as much as they could with all of us using Google translate for requests that were beyond their pretty good English skills and our very poor Japanese skills. The rooftop bar has an amazing view of the skytree. The rooms here are by far larger than anywhere else we stayed in Japan. In fact that bathroom was almost larger than other rooms we stayed in while in Japan. There are multiple restaurants, shopping areas and The Gate with 1-5 min walk. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel and it was also within 3-8 minutes walk to 2 train stations. It was about a 15 min brisk walk to the skytree. This hotel was beautiful, friendly staff and a great location to get to just about anywhere in Tokyo by foot, train or bus. We did do a few taxis as well which can get expensive but we didn't want to have to try and juggle our luggage from our last destination and then to the airport on multiple train or bus transfers. "
