Super clean room, however very minimalist: no wardrobe to properly unpack stuff but there were only two shelves and a few hangers, no table, one chair (but at least there were two nightstands), no minibar.
The balcony is essentially shared, separated by two thin ropes from both sides, so not much privacy as the neighbors can...
