Hole in wall caused by door handle , needs repairing and door stop put there.
Room was very worn and bed and head board definitely need replacing ,
2 single beds put together with a big dip in the middle , not the most comfortable bed .
Village view room looked at roofs , quite noisy in the street below .
Breakfast was average and hot breakfast only luke warm
Pool and jacuzzi were nice , lovely area to relax .

"Our experience at this hotel was amazing! So clean with amazing staff and an excellent breakfast. The sauna was sooo great to have after an exhausting day. Right near the train station so easy access to transportation and Mts Titlis and Brunni. "

"Lovely views of the lake and ideal location for Mt Pilatus and local train line. Swimming pool and access to the lake for swimming was nice. Hotel is dated and needs a good freshen up. Location is outside of Luzerne and very residential. The lake attracts mosquitos (no fault of the hotel) but the squashed bodies of mosquitoes on the room walls and ceiling isn't nice to look at. Lovely outlook but not worth the price we paid. The standard of the accommodation doesn't match the price. "
