The extra little touches helped to make for a wonderful stay - the breakfast was great, the shuttle to and from the lifts, the ski storage, the hot tub and sauna and even the attached night club ( Thu-Sat only)! "The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. I pointed out that a couple next to us who arrived after our table were served all their courses...

"Took me a while to find the entrance using google maps, otherwise it’s in a great location. Friendly staff speaks bit of English which was really helpful, nice clean room. There was little to no wifi in the room I was based in, but apart from that it was a good experience. "

"The hot spring swimming pool attached to the hotel is amazing -- beautifully built into the landscape, natural small of eucalyptus, open until 2045. Breakfast is excellent and wifi works well. Without aircon, a room on the second floor gets uncomfortably hot in the summer -- it was 25C at the start of the night, cooling down to 21C in the morning, on a day with high temperature of 23-24C."
