"Needed a point on Lake Geneva fairly central- easy to get to Geneva, Annecy, Mont Blanc, Montreaux and Lausanne. Easy access to autobahn- within 5 minute drive. No road noise. Heavy residential area. 2 good restaurants down by the lake.
Ask for a room on the Lake view side. A/C in room - yes- not very cold. Hanging rod and open shelf is it for the closet- no drawers. Would recommend for business travelers. Good staff and hotel restaurant provides a nice breakfast and varied dinner menu...

"Adorable!! From the amazing view out my window to the wonderfully nice people at reception this is a must stay if you come to Gruyeres! Room was extremely clean. Bathroom has a nice deep tub. Splurge and get the Mountain View- its amazing. The woman who does the breakfast made me the most wonderful cappuccino. Walk to the little town and castle in less than 5 minutes. Only 10 minute walk from the train (or take a bus). Would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel feels brand new, and so very clean. There is only 1-2 people working in the reception/bar/breakfast areas at any given time. The coffee machine didn’t work so was difficult to get a coffee as you had to get the attention of this one person who was quite busy and not just tending The breakfast area. The breakfast was extremely limited. A few tiny pastries, tiny (and kind of sad) selection of fruit and cereal and raw eggs set out that you could put in an egg cooker if you wish (no...

"I didn’t expect such a lovely room! It was quite large and had a big tub (which I love!). It overlooked the beautiful town square. Perfect location, and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again."

After we arrived by train from the airport, we arrived at the hotel early, so they took our bags and gave us some ideas on what to do that day. Our top things were the vineyard hike and the castle in Montreax. We received our complimentary pass and off for the day.
