Hotel, new and clean, comfortable bed.
Staff of doing check in was fast, but it took very long time to do check out (>30mins) which it delays my time to airport.
The food quality is not bad, roof top restaurant with nice view.

"Location is good but service is between poor and lousy. I had to wait more than 10 minutes in inchecking although there were no other customers. The rooms are not tiptop but ok. The co-operation between hotel and restaurant does not work."

"I had booked a Deluxe room. Firstly they gave me a different room - really dirty as If it’s a shared room in a lodge. After raising the complaint, they changed the room with rolling eyes.

"They have opened a new space for some category of rooms which they don't put upfront. So pls check and book. I found them inconvenient and had to fight for the GM to adjust us. But it's better if the hotel states it clearly upfront so that customers know that the rooms are outside the property, around a km away. And you would need hotel transport to enjoy each and every thing as listed in the hotel facilities as all of them are in the main hotel space. "
